A west-facing plot at Doddahulluru
Mr. Jayanth owned a 30x50 plot at Doddahulluru, on the Hoskote side of Bengaluru North, and wanted a full family home planned around a west-facing approach. The requirement was a single point of responsibility: structure, finishes and services handled by one team, with the interiors kept out of scope for him to take up separately.
